Refund Policy
Return or replace orders:
The customer can exchange and return within a maximum period of 15 days in the following cases: Receipt of the goods damaged or defective, the arrival of the shipment by mistake, a factory defect.
If you want to cancel your order, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible. And be sure to include the name, mobile number, order number, specify whether you want to return or exchange, and the list of products that you want to cancel.
