Solution: Natural Shea Butter has a rich, luxurious texture that penetrates deep to condition and moisturize every type of skin. Shea Butter is derived from the tree nuts of the karite trees that grow in Western and Central Africa. It is a wonderful emollient that's perfect for daily use. Can also be used as a scalp moisturizer. Suggested Use Gently apply as desired, paying close attention to dry or rough areas, reapply as needed. This product is naturally hard and color/texture will vary depending on temperature. This product will melt when warmed above body temperature and become solid again when cool. This is natural and may affect the appearance, but will not harm the quality of the product. This warming and cooling may produce fat crystals affecting the color/texture making it appear grainy or uneven. If hard, shea butter can be softened by placing in a pan of hot water (e.g. 100 F or warmer) for 30 minutes or microwaved until soft. Warnings Caution for Microwaving: This jar contains a foil seal. Do not place this jar directly in microwave. Before microwaving, scoop out desired amount and place in a microwave-safe container. Allow time to cool before applying.
Return or replace orders: The customer can exchange and return within a maximum period of 15 days in the following cases: Receipt of the goods damaged or defective, the arrival of the shipment by mistake, a factory defect.
If you want to cancel your order, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible. And be sure to include the name, mobile number, order number, specify whether you want to return or exchange, and the list of products that you want to cancel. The new goods you want to obtain, and attach a note with a description and a detailed explanation of the reason for the return or refund request.
Ensure that the goods remain in their original condition and without tampering with them, opening them, or reducing some of their content, otherwise they will not be accepted. Return and exchange must be requested within 15 days of receiving the products. We do not accept rapid perishable product returns. We will have a huge responsibility to send a product that may have been damaged due to poor storage (we do everything we can to keep our loyal customers healthy and always make sure they are protected).
If the item you ordered as an exchange is no longer in our stock you will be contacted in order to choose a new item, or accept a refund.
You will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred for your returned item. Note that shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive the value of the refunded product, the product's shipping costs are deducted from the value of the refunded product (in the event that the shipment that was delivered to the customer does not match the customer's request, he will not bear any fees, whether shipping charges or any other expenses for the return).
The delivery time for the replaced product may vary depending on your location. At the time we receive the returned product and after examining it, we will inform you that the product has been received and whether or not it meets the conditions for your refund. If the product meets the return conditions, its refund value will be transferred automatically.
